| 摘 要： | 在超临界CO2条件下由双酚A和碳酸二苯酯合成了双酚A型聚碳酸酯(PC),用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)表征了PC的结构和性质。结果表明反应过程中存在线形缩聚和成环两种反应机理,产物的重均分子量高达117740,分子量分布指数Pd=1.33;超临界CO2能增塑PC致使链段活动性增强,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)降低。

| Abstract: | Bisphenol A Polycarbonate(PC) was synthesized by transesterification between bisphenol-A and diphenyl carbonate in supercritical carbon dioxide. The structure of PC was testified by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The results of GPC showed that there are two different reaction mechanism, linear condensation and circling reaction, in the synthesis process; the molecular weight (MW) is 1.17×105 and Pd is 1.33. The DSC curves showed that supercritical carbon dioxide can plasticize PC and the Tg of PC is decreased. |
