煤燃烧过程中多环芳烃生成影响因素分析

摘    要:综合论述了煤燃烧过程中多环芳烃(简称PAHs)生成的影响因素。多环芳烃的生成量随挥发分含量、燃烧温度增高而增大,随碳、灰分、氯含量的减小而减小;采用流化床燃烧方式可以有效地减少煤燃烧时PAHs的排放;煤在氮气中热解产生的PAHs量比在空气中燃烧产生的大很多;多环芳烃的生成量随过剩氧气量的增加先减小后增大;在临界点前,随停留时间延长而减少;随添加剂铜的增加先增大后减小。

Abstract:This paper synthetically discussed the influencing factors of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) formation during coal combustion.The generation amount of PAHs presents a trend that:increases with the increase of the volatile content and burning temperature,decreases with the decrease of the carbon content,ash content and chlorine content;less in fluidized bed;more in the pyrolysis atmosphere than in the air,decreases first then increases with the increase of the excess oxygen content;decreases with the extension of residence time before critical point;increases first then decreases with the increase of copper additive.
