| 摘 要： | 通过分析南充炼油化工总厂(受托方)对南充炼油厂(委托方)托管重组的案例,得出4点启示:坚持科学发展是构建和谐企业的根本;实行公平公正是构建和谐企业的关键;营造浓厚和谐文化氛围是构建和谐企业的前提;建立严格的规章制度是构建和谐企业的保证。
