避免数控车床发生碰撞的方法研究

摘    要:数控车床由于具有加工高精度、高效率、高柔性、低劳动强度等特点,在生产中普遍应用。但由于其用于批量生产且维修费用较高,在加工过程中一旦发生碰撞事故,将造成很大经济损失。本文通过对数控车削过程中发生碰撞的现象及原因进行分析,提出了避免碰撞发生的方法,以应用于生产实践。

Abstract:Because NC lathe have several excellent characteristics including high pricesion,efficiency,flexibility and low labor intensity,it widely apply in production.In general case,the maintenance Cost of the NC lathe is expensive in batch production when the collision happened,so company will probably suffer heavy losses.This paper will analysis evidence and cause when the collision happen in turning,and put forward the method to avoiding collision,it prooved reasonably in practice.
