二甲醚部分氧化重整反应器的数值模拟与分析

摘    要:为研究二甲醚部分氧化重整反应器内不同气体组分的分布情况,建立了描述反应器内复杂物理化学过程的二维数学模型。利用流体计算软件STAR-CD对模型进行了稳态计算,得到了反应器内不同混合气体组分体积含量的分布情况。为了验证模型的可靠性,在自行设计的试验台上测试了反应器内气体体积含量,经比较计算值与试验值吻合良好,因此模型能够较准确地预测反应器内气体组分的分布。应用数学模型研究了进气流速与燃空比对重整反应的影响,结果表明随流速的增加,重整气中二甲醚与空气的含量增加,氢气与一氧化碳的含量减少;在空气不足的情况下,随燃空比的增加,重整气中氢气与一氧化碳含量减少。
