摘    要:采用浸泡法、动电位线性极化、恒电流极化等方法测定了均匀化处理对高镁铝阳极在w(NaCl)=3.5%的溶液中电化学性能的影响。结果表明:均匀化处理对铝阳极开路电位影响不大,但可以缩短阳极达到稳定工作电位的时间,同时减小铝阳极的极化,使合金铝阳极的稳定电极电位变得更负;均匀化处理还可以改善铝阳极的腐蚀均匀性,降低自腐蚀速率,提高阳极的利用率。

Abstract:The effect of homogenization treatment on properties of high magnesium aluminum alloy sacrificial anode in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied using potentiodynamic linear polarization,constant current polarization and soak methods.The results show that homogenization treatment has little effect on open-circuit potential of aluminum anode,but can help to shorten the time of obtaining stabilization potential,decrease anodic polarization and make the potential more negative.Homogenization treatment can also improve surface corrosion uniformity of anode material,reduce corrosion rate and increase the availability of anode.
