大枣多糖的水提醇沉工艺研究

摘    要:以陕西特产大枣为原料,研究了其药用成分多糖的提取和分离工艺.该工艺以蒸馏水为提取剂,所得多糖提取液经一定体积分数的乙醇沉淀、氯仿-正丁醇脱蛋白、双氧水脱色等工艺后,得到大枣多糖;在此基础上,分别采用单因素试验和正交试验对大枣多糖的醇沉工艺进行了优选.试验得出最佳醇沉工艺条件为:加入无水乙醇,使乙醇最终体积分数为70%,室温静置5h.该工艺提取所得大枣多糖提取率达到3.86%,经硫酸-苯酚法分析测定其多糖质量分数为41%.

Abstract:The technology of extraction and separation of polysaccharide fro m zizyphus jujube was studied. Based on this study a mature extraction process of polysaccharide was put forward. And the optimum deposited conditions were obtain ed by orthogonal test: the polysaqccharide was deposited with pure ethanol (the content of ethanol was up to 70% ) for 5h. With this technology the yield ratio of polysaccharide was up to 3.86% and the content of polysaccharide was up to 41% .
