燃煤锅炉等离子点火装置的调试及启动

摘    要:国华台山发电厂3,4,5号600MW燃煤机组煤粉锅炉中应用了等离子点火装置。在投运等离子点火装置前,应对等离子点火系统进行调试。等离子点火装置各分系统的调试包括冷却水系统的调试、载体风和等离子火检冷却风系统的调试、一及二次风系统的调试、等离子燃烧器冷态拉弧试验的调试、图像火检系统的调试、等离子点火系统各联锁、保护的试验。等离子点火装置首次启动时,应验证燃烧器的点火和稳燃能力、断弧复燃能力,测定不同煤粉量下火焰温度及各项联锁和保护的可靠性。

Abstract:Plasma ignition devices are used in the pulverized coal-fired boilers of No.3, 4, 5 600 MW units in Guohua Taishan Power Plant. The plasma ignition devices should be tested before put into use. Systems to be tested include cooling water system, air carrying and plasma detecting air cooling system, primary and secondary air systems, plasma burner cold-state arc test, flame image inspection system, ignition system interlock and protection test. During the first startup, the ignition and stable burning, arc-out re-burning capabilities of the burner should be validated. Besides, the reliability of flame temperature under different amount of pulverized coal and all the system interlocks and protections have to be measured.
