摘    要:针对Protel DXP课程的特点,以提升学生就业能力为导向,以满足职业岗位需求为目标开展了教学改革的探索。整合序化课程内容,强化课程设计理念,基于工作过程和真实产品设计教学项目,以"模块+项目"的方式开展课堂教学,开展过程评价和"以证代考"的教学评价方式等,通过这些改革构建了以学生能力为本位的符合高职教育教学理念的Protel DXP课程,并在教学实践中取得了较好的效果。

Teaching reform and practice of Protel DXP course based on competency

Abstract:According to the feature of Protel DXP, oriented by improving students' employability, aiming at satisfying jobs' requirement, the teaching reform is explored. The curriculum content is integrated. The concept of course design is strengthened. Based on working process and teaching project of real product design, course teaching is carried on by module &item. Process evaluation and teaching evaluation by certificate instead of test is developed. Through these reforms, Protel DXP course aiming at students' competency suitable for vocational teaching idea is constructed. The practicing results show that it achieves good effect.
