摘    要:三维激光扫描仪可快速获取物体表面离散点云,研究了离散点云曲面拟合以及提高曲面品质的方法.讨论了控制点、曲面阶次、节点数等因素对曲面重构精度的影响,控制顶点的增减与位置改变直接导致重构曲面控制网格的变化和曲面拟合精度,对于百万点云数量,剖分为100个四边域面片,选用60~80个控制点比较适宜.通过提高曲面拟合阶次和节点数...

Abstract:Scattered point clouds of the object are obtained by 3D laser scanning,and surface fitting with point clouds and the methods to improve surface property are studied in the paper.The effect of control points,surface order and surface span on surface reconstruction precision is discussed.The number and position of the control points lead to the change of control meshes and surface fitting precision,for the point clouds including about 1 million points,if the number of quadrilateral meshes is 100,it is suitable to choose 60 to 80 control points.Surface reconstruction precision can be effectively improved by increasing surface fitting orders and spans.When the surface order is 4×4,span is 5×5,smoothness is 0.7000,the maximum error of surface-point clouds is 0.0408 mm.
