| 摘 要： | 本基于抽水蓄能电站的随机运行模拟，对抽水蓄能电站容量折扣现象进行了定量的分析研究，并利用一个抽水蓄能电站的系统规划模型，结合我国某电力系统抽水蓄能电站的规划计算，来揭示抽水蓄能电站的容量折扣对其容量投资效益评估和容量规划的影响机理。

| Abstract: | On the basis of probabilistic operation simulation, a quantitative analysis of capacity discount of pumped storage power station is carried out in this paper. Using a systematic evaluation algorithm, the effect of capacity discount on the capacity benefits estimation and planning of pumped storage power station is explained. |
