摘    要:通过建立机构基本尺寸型连杆转角算子谐波特征参数的数值图谱库,实现了利用数值图谱法进行带有预定时标双直线导向机构的轨迹综合,并对轨迹综合时存在的误差进行分析定义,计算出了综合所得各组机构的各项误差值,为机构设计人员在选择可行机构时提供了有力的参考数据;综合算例表明该方法是可行有效的。

Abstract:A numerical atlas database of harmonic characteristic parameters comprising 41601 basic dimensional types has been set up. An approach employed to synthesize approximate double straight-line path with prescribed timing is realized using numerical atlas method. Errors between the given path and the actual path have been classified and defined as point-to-point error and normal error. Errors of each mechanism synthesized have been obtained including mean point-to-point error, maximal point-to-point error, mean normal error and maximal normal error. The results provide reliable reference data for the designer. It is proved that the method is available by an example.
