骨骼肿瘤影像学检查技术的新进展

摘    要:全世界每年有大约1000万新癌症患者,晚期癌容易并发远处部位的转移,骨骼也是恶性肿瘤常见的转移部位,新影像技术如MRI等可比X线片摄影提前发现骨骼病变,从而提高骨骼肿瘤诊断的准确性和可靠性。本文综述了新医学影像技术应用于检查和诊断骨骼肿瘤的进展情况,如:骨巨细胞瘤、骨髓恶性浸润性病变、骨转移瘤等。

Abstract:The worldwide total number of new cancer patients hit 10 million each year; advanced cancers can usually transfer to distant parts of the patients, skeleton is a common site of transferred cancer. New imaging technologies such as MRI etc can find out the skeleton lesions at an earlier stage in comparison with X-ray film radiography, thus increase the diagnosis accuracy and reliability. This paper presents a review of the new advancements of the application of new imaging technologies in the diagnosis of skeleton tumors such as giant cell tumor, bone marrow malignant infiltration lesion, bone tumor metastasis etc.
