摘    要:中国华电富拉尔基发电总厂调峰任务艰巨,锅炉低负荷运行时出现影响锅炉稳定燃烧,水冷壁水循环安全及机组厂用电高等问题,通过采取燃煤混烧,3台磨煤机与1台送风机运行,滑压运行等措施,解决了低谷时段锅炉安全、经济运行的问题。

Abstract:The Fularji General Power Plant has difficult task of peak regulation. When the boiler operated in low load, some problems occurred, which include that the boiler combustion stability and the water cycle safety of water wall were impaired, the house service consumption rate was raised, and etc. Some measures, such as mixed firing with various grades of coal, putting three mills and one forced draft fan in operation, adopting sliding pressure operation etc. , were adopted. Then the problem of boiler safety and economical operation in low load was solved.
