摘    要:通过将动态矩阵比例积分控制算法与串级控制相结合,提出了一种新的火电厂锅炉过热汽温控制方案。将这种方法应用于主汽温控制可以有效克服过热汽温对象的大滞后和大惯性,并能够消弱对象在运行中参数变化的影响,获得良好的控制品质.仿真试验表明:这种方案可使系统具有较强的鲁棒性和良好的控制品质,具有很好的实用价值.

Abstract:A new superheated steam temperature control system is derived by combining the dynamic matrix proportion integration control arithmetic with the cascade control structure. This scheme can overcome the shortcoming of pure PID control method which has poorly adjustive quality. It takes the advantages of the strong anti - jamming ability of PID and the good adaptability to inertia and delay of DMPIC. The simulation research shows that it can make the control system have stronger robustness and the better tracking, and enhance its dynamic and static performance index.
