PVC/ABS共混合金的热性能研究

摘    要:研究了ABS、增塑剂(DOP、DAP、M80)、加工助剂863用量、及第三元刚生粒子SAN用量对热性能的影响。结果表明:PVC/ABS共混合金的维卡耐热性主要依赖于ABS的用量,DOP、DAP对共混合金的维卡耐热有较大的影响,而对静态热稳定性影响不大。

Abstract:The effects of the contents of ABS, plasticizers (DOP, DAP and M80), Process Aid 863 and the third rigid particle SAN on the thermal property of PVC/ABS alloy were studied. The results showed the Vicat thermal properties of PVC/ABS alloy was basically dependent on the content of ABS, while the effects of the contents of DOP and DAP on the Vicat thermal property of the alloy were not as so important, and all the effects as mentioned above on the static thermal property of the alloy were not obvious.
