应用新型异型曲面压力棒隔距块的效果分析

为了提高成纱质量，降低纱疵，尤其是棉结，探讨了细纱前区压力棒隔距块对成纱质量的影响，对比分析了新型异型曲面压力棒隔距块的使用效果，指出了使用异型压力棒隔距块可大幅度降低细节和棉结，其效果优于圆柱形压力棒隔距块，更优于普通隔距块，但为了避免出硬头，隔距块的规格应比普通隔距块大一个级别。在纺纯棉中粗号纱时，应做好牵伸区内的清洁工作。
