聚合居住与高层住宅主体公共空间营造

真正的居住应当实现空间的自明、聚集与栖居,当前高层住宅主体公共空间的缺失就是忽视了这一原则。从环境行为心理的角度入手,对现代高层住宅主体的公共空间与人们对于居住环境的心理认同的方式进行分析,倡导居住空间的高聚合状态为合理的设计思路,并提出可识别性、可定向性、邻里感受和可情境性四方面的空间属性,促进高层居住从“狭义居住”向“广义居住”的演变。
