塔然高勒矿区深部开采冲击地压防控实践研究

摘    要:近年来,随着我国煤炭开采战略西移,冲击地压现已成为鄂尔多斯地区影响最为严重的煤矿灾害。以鄂尔多斯煤田塔然高勒矿区红庆梁煤矿为背景,针对塔然高勒矿区深部开采条件下的冲击地压防控进行了系统研究。研究表明:塔然高勒矿区深部开采处于"弱胶结覆岩+高强度煤体"的地质条件下,深部开采冲击地压是由于高强度开采导致坚硬的煤体内积聚大量弹性能而产生的,提出了降低煤体强度、控制推采速度、优化区段煤柱尺寸、加强支护相结合的冲击地压防控策略,红庆梁煤矿综合采用钻孔卸压、控制推采速度和加强回采巷道支护等措施,现场微震监测数据证实了冲击地压防控的有效性,实现了矿井的安全高效开采。

Abstract:In recent years, as coal mining strategy has moved westward in China, rockburst has now become the most severely affected coal mine disaster in Ordoes area. This paper takes Hongqingliang Coal Mine in Tarangole Mining Area of Ordos coalfield as the background, and conducts a systematic study on the prevention and control of rockburst under the conditions of deep mining in Tarangole Mining Area. The research shows that the deep mining in Tarangole Mining Area is under the geological conditions of “weak cemented overburden + high strength coal”. The deep mining rock burst in Tarangole Mining Area is caused by the accumulation of a large amount of elastic energy in the hard coal body due to high-intensity mining. The prevention and control strategy of rock burst combining reducing coal strength, controlling pushing speed, optimizing section coal pillar size, and strengthening support was proposed. Hongqingliang Coal Mine adopts comprehensive measures such as drilling pressure relief,control of mining speed, and strengthening of mining roadway support. The on-site microseismic monitoring data confirmed the effectiveness of the prevention and control of rock burst and realized safe and efficient mining of the mine.
