| Abstract: | In the process of shape control and performance regulation of polymer products,the flow analysis of polymer melt is very important for the study of polymer molding process.The application of POLYFLOW software in polymer molding processing is becoming more and more extensive.This paper deeply analyzes the application of POLYFLOW in extrusion,blow molding and thermoforming,focusing on forward flow simulation and reverse die design in extrusion process.Finally,the application research direction of POLYFLOW in polymer molding processing is prospected. |
