摘    要:本文利用两种不同门尼含量的胶乳,利用掺混法成功制备了不同门尼黏度的NBR,研究了不同门尼黏度NBR对硫化性能及其对力学性能的影响,结果表明:随着门尼黏度的增大,NBR的最大扭矩值越大;随着门尼黏度的增加,NBR胶料的断裂伸长率逐渐降低;门尼黏度越大,NBR胶料的拉伸应力越高,同时恢复曲线的应力也越高,马林斯效应越明显.

Abstract:In this paper,two latexes with different Mooney content were successfully prepared with different Mooney viscosity NBR,and the effect of different Mooney viscosity NBR on vulcanization properties and mechanical properties was studied.The results show that as the Mooney viscosity increases,the maximum torque value of NBR increases.As the Mooney viscosity increases,the elongation at break of the NBR compound gradually decreases.The higher the Mooney viscosity,the higher the tensile stress of the NBR compound,and the higher the stress of the recovery curve,the more obvious the Malins effect.
