高耐水洗微元素新型抗菌纯棉面料的开发

摘    要:结合纯棉纤维吸湿透气、柔软舒适的特性,开发了一种高效、持久、健康、安全的微元素新型抗菌纯棉面料.此非金属离子抗菌面料经100次水洗后,抗菌效果仍能达到95%以上.在生产过程中,实验了生产工序对面料抗菌性能的影响,确定了微元素纯棉抗菌面料的染整工艺流程和工艺参数.

Abstract:Combined with the characteristics of moisture absorption, softness and comfort of pure cotton fiber, a new type of micro elements antibacterial pure cotton fabric with high washability is developed, which is efficient, durable,healthy and safe. After 100 times of washing, the antibacterial effect of this non-metallic ion antibacterial fabric can still reach more than 95%. In the process of production, the effect of production procedure on the antibacterial property of the fabric was tested, and the dyeing and finishing process and technological parameters of the micro elements antibacterial pure cotton fabric were determined.
