利用新型催化剂制备端含氢硅油的探索

利用新型催化剂制备端含氢硅油.以高黏度甲基硅油、含氢双封头为主要原料,在自制的线性氯化磷腈类催化剂H作用下,制得端含氢硅油,改变了传统使用酸性催化剂的制备方法.该催化剂性能优异,用量少,工艺简单,不产生固废;目标产物端含氢硅油中残留的低沸物和电解质少,基本不存在环体残留,符合国际法规残留物要求.

Exploration on preparation of hydrogen-containing silicone oil by new catalysts

Hydrogen terminated silicone oil was prepared by using a new catalyst. Using high-viscosity methyl silicone oil and hydrogen-containing double head agent as the main raw materials, under the action of a self-made linear chlorinated phosphazene catalyst H, the terminal hydrogen-containing silicone oil is prepared, which changes the traditional preparation method of the traditional acid catalyst. The catalyst has excellent performance, less dosage, simple process and no solid waste. The low boilers and electrolytes remaining in the target product of hydrogen-containing silicone oil at the end are very few, and there is basically no ring residue, which meets the requirement of international regulatory residue.
