摘    要:顶管法施工安全性高、掘进速度快、施工方便灵活,但若用于煤矿深部地层,则将面临地应力高、地质条件复杂等挑战。通过以张集煤矿顶管法掘进巷道为工程背景,开展顶管管体相似模型试验,揭示了管体承载机理,并根据试验结果确定管体设计参数。结合工程现场监测数据,总结施工经验:管体偏斜和浆液泄露是造成管体破坏的主要因素。在做好纠偏和密封工作的前提下,顶管法在煤矿瓦斯、水害治理巷道掘进工程中具有较大优势。

Abstract:The pipe jacking method has high construction safety, fast tunneling speed, convenient and flexible construction.However, if it is used in deep strata of coal mines, it will face challenges such as high ground stress and complex geological conditions. Taking the pipe jacking tunneling roadway in Zhangji Coal Mine as the engineering background, the similar model test of pipe jacking is carried out to reveal the bearing mechanism of pipe, and the design parameters of pipe are determined to the test results. Combined with the monitoring data of the construction site, the construction experience is summarized as follows: pipe deflection and slurry leakage are the main factors causing pipe damage. Under the premise of rectification and sealing work, the pipe jacking method has great advantages in coal mine gas and water disaster control roadway excavation engineering.
