摘    要:益生菌是对宿主健康有益的活性微生物,后生元是对宿主健康有益的无生命微生物和/或其成分.文章结合近年来对后生元的研究成果,综述了后生元在调节免疫、缓减过敏症状、调节胃肠道功能、抗氧化、抗炎症,以及降血糖、预防龋齿、抗肿瘤、降血压等方面的功能特性,同时概述了其可能的作用机制.与活菌相比,后生元具有安全、稳定、易于储运等优势...

Abstract:Probiotics is living microorganisms that is beneficial to host health,and postbiotics is inanimate microorganisms and/or their components that confers a health benefit on the host.Based on the research results of postbiotics in recent years,we reviewed the functional characteristics of postbiotics in regulating immunity,relieving allergic symptoms,adjusting gastrointestinal function,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,falling blood glucose,preventing dental caries,anti-tumor,and lowering blood pressure.Concurrently,the possible mechanism of postbiotics is also summarized.Compared with live bacteria,postbiotics has the advantages of safety,stability,easy storage and transportation,so that the development potential and application prospect of postbiotics are very broad in the field of food and medicine.
