Abstract:In order to realize the complete recovery of carbon disulfide and carbon tetrachloride produced in carbon disulfide chlorination process,the distillation process of carbon disulfide and carbon tetrachloride mixture was simulated by Aspen Plus software.The influences of theoretical tray number,feed inlet position and reflux ratio on the separation effect were analyzed.The most suitable process conditions were selected:the number of theoretical trays was 21,the feed inlet was located on the 9th tray,and the reflux ratio was 1.9.Under the process conditions,the tower top temperature was 46.9℃,the mass fraction of carbon disulfide was 95.1%,meeting the content requirements of chlorination,synthesis of,perchlo-romethylmercaptan.The tower bottom temperature was 76.5℃,and the mass fraction of carbon tetrachloride was 99.8%,meeting the requirements carbon tetrachloride content in GBT 4119-2008.
