己酸己酯的催化合成

摘    要:采用硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成了己酸己酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、带水剂用量及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对收率的影响。结果表明该催化剂具有催化活性高,易分离回收,操作简单,后处理方便,重复使用性良好等优势。最佳反应条件下收率为98.6%。

Abstract:By using sodium bisulfate as the catalyst, hexyl hexanoate was synthesized. The investigated effects conclueded amount of the catalyst, reaction time,molar ratio of alcohol to acid, amount of carrying water agent and repeated uses. Experimental results showed that this catalyst was efficient,economic and easy to use.Under the best conditions the yield could reach 98.6%.
