摘    要:在现场对无桨混合机中混合物的形态进行观察,搭建振动测试系统,采集混合机转轴上的振动信号,并提取各阶段频谱特征。针对频谱特征的变化分析振动变化的原因,得出生产过程中各阶段物料在无桨混合机中流动形态变化的规律。

Abstract:Based on observation of the flow pattern of the materials during the process of non-blade mixer,the DAQ system is built,the axis's vibration signals of the mixer is acqured,and the power spectrum is extracted.Analyzing the change of vibration based on the spectrum,a processing regularity of each stage about the fluid state of the mixture is provided.
