石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫吸收剂磨制方案的选择

摘    要:对石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫吸收剂石灰石粉的制备及供应方案进行简要介绍,并对这些方案进行了技术比较,给出了选择要点。干式和湿式吸收剂磨制技术成熟可靠,均可满足脱硫系统的要求,在考虑为多套脱硫装置或多个电厂提供脱硫剂时,可优先选用干式制备系统;如电厂规模及石灰石粉需求量较小,可以考虑外购成品。

Abstract:The preparation of absorbent, lime stone powder, for lime stone / gypsum flue gas deaulfuration (PGD) and its supplying schemes have been briefly presented, and technical comparison of these schemes being carried out. giving out main points for their selection. The dry and wet absorbent -milling technologies all are matured and reliable, and can satisfy the requirements of FGD systems. In the event of considering to supply desulfration agents for multiple FGD sets, or for a number of power plants, the priority can he given to select the dry preparation system. If the scale of power plant and the demand of time stone powder are smaller,it can be considered to purchase already - made products from outside.
