摘    要:本文介绍了弱磁—强磁—浮选流程选别包头白云鄂博中贫氧化矿综合回收铁、稀土的第一阶段工业分流试验结果,对其若干技术关键进行了系统的讨论,分析了主要选别作业的选别效果和主要矿物的分选行为,认为该新工艺流程能有效地回收铁和稀土。

Abstract:The results are presented of the 1st stage-industrial test of separating partial flow of Bayan Obo low and medium grade iron oxide ores to comprehensively recover iron and rare-earths using a process flowsheet consisting of low intensity magnetic separation, high intensity magnetic separation and flotation separation. The authors discuss its key techniques and analyse separating results of its main operations and separating behaviour of main minerals. It is concluded that efficient recovery of iron and rareearths can be achieved using the flowsheet.
