黑曲霉SS-A-52液体发酵生产果胶酶培养基优化的研究

摘    要:采用一株产果胶酶的黑曲霉菌种SS-A-52进行了液体发酵生产果胶酶的培养基优化,研究结果表明:在初始pH5.4、培养温度28℃-30℃的条件下,最佳培养基组成为:3%的桔皮粉,2%的麸皮,0.35%硫铵,0.2%的碳酸钙及少量的营养液。其产果胶酶活力可这10.46万μ/ml,通过尝试过程分批补料工艺,产酶达18.59万μ/ml。

Abstract:The optimal culture of submerged liquid by using a strain of ligh producing pectinase AspergiUus niger SS- A-52.The resells indicated the optimal cultural compound was 3% orange bran 0.35%(NH_4)_2SO_4 0.2% CaCO_3 2% wheat bran and a bit of mineral material.Under the conditions,Asper.nigerSS-A-52 could accumulate pectinase 1.064×10~5μ/ml.According to feed batch culture in fermentation process,pectinase acctivity reached 1.859×10~5u/ ml.
