摘    要:针对700MW级巨型水轮机主轴内法兰锻造成形要求及其难点,提出应以空心镦粗作为其终锻工艺;数值模拟结果表明,整体空心镦粗可以得到较好的内部变形分布,终锻镦粗变形量应不超过60%;局部空心镦粗降低了对设备能力的要求,对此本文提出了弦线旋转镦粗法,指出为得到较好内部变形分布,上砧送进比η应控制在40%左右,终锻镦粗变形量应不超过60%.本文得到的锻造工艺参数,对纵向厚度相对较小的薄饼状圆环锻件同样具有借鉴意义.

Abstract:Based on the requirement and difficulty in forging process of 700MW class hydro-generator shaft,that take hollow upsetting to be the final step of the forging process of inner-flange has been suggested.Numerical FEA simulation results have indicated that integral hollow upsetting would bring satisfying inner strain distribution,the deformation of the final step would not exceed 60%,and partial hollow upsetting is more common in practice for it can easily meet the capacity of equipment.So the Chord Rotary Upsetting method has been suggested and studied in this text.It suggests that the optimum Topanvil Ingress Ratio should be about 40%,and the deformation of the final step should be less than 60%.The conclusions drawing from this paper are also applicable for the similar thin ring forgings.
