高孔隙度金属—泡沫镍的研制

摘    要:本文依据电铸技术基本原理,用聚氨基甲酸乙酯作原始骨架材料,对电沉积法生产泡沫金属进行了研究;探索了它的工艺过程。在初步解决多孔材料导电处理、电镀等关键问题的基础上,试制成功了孔隙度达87~96%的泡沫镍。文中应用扫描电镜和自动图像分析仪技术,分析了泡沫镍的结构特征,并对其性能进行了初步测试和研究。

Abstract:According to the basic principles of electric forming, the electrodeposition method and the techni cal process in producing foamed metal with the skeleton materials made of polyurethane have been stud icd. On the base of settling critical problems such as electro-conductive treatment and electroplating to porous materials, the foamed nickel its porosity reaches 87 to 96 percent has been successfully pro duced. In this Paper, the structural feature of the foamed nickel is analysed by means of scanming elec tronic microscope and automatic image analyzer, and its properties are tested and investigated.
