有限元法在热轧辊三维温度场分析中的应用

摘    要:轧光机整理效果,很大程度上取决于轧辊辊面材料、轧压力及轧辊辊面温度均匀性。热轧辊表面温度对织物的表面光泽和柔软性等有较大影响。不适当的热轧辊设计会导致织物边缘过度轧压,这是因为热轧辊端部附近直径增大引起的。本文采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对热轧辊三维温度场进行分析计算。结果表明:与其它用传统方式加热的轧辊相比,周边打孔式轧辊具有最好的性能,其热阻比其它轧辊低。

Abstract:The effects of Calender Stack are dependent on materials, working press and uniform temperature upon the roller surface. The surface temperature of hot roller has larger contribution to the smooth and pliability of textile fabrics. An improperly designed hot roller can cause fabric edge in excess of rolling pressure due to the increased roller diameter near the journal ends. In this thesis, finite element analysis using software ANSYS was performed to calculate 3 - D temperature field of the hot roller. The result shows that the tripass roller is clearly best performer, having a lower thermal resistance than other conventional heating calender roller.
