三峡库区人居环境建设十年跟踪

三峡工程是我国举世瞩目的一项水利枢纽建设工程,也是一项复杂的百万移民的建设工程。这项工作的主要难度不仅在于大坝建设的本身, 更在于三峡库区后期的人居环境的建设和可持续发展。作者多年跟踪三峡库区人居环境建设的调查和研究,在此基础上,针对三峡库区十多年的移民和新城市的建设,文章从移民工作调查、城市搬迁、城市建设方式等方面,提出思考和建议。

Construction of Human Living Environment in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area in Ten Years

TheThree Gorges Project is not only a worldly-known water conservancy but also a grand migration scheme with over a million people involved. It is complex and difficult in the sense not only of building a huge dam, but also of making an agreeable environment for human living after the completion of the dam and achieving a sustainable development of the environment. On the basis of a long-term survey and research on the shaping of human living environment that has lasted for more than ten years, the author expresses his own ideas and suggestions for the migration management, city relocation and urban construction in theThree Gorges Reservoir area .
