摘    要:以氯仿作溶剂,用黏度法测定了多聚羟基烷酸的分子量.摸索了检测的最佳温度与溶液浓度.比较了黏度外推法与黏度单点法测验结果,建立了黏度法测定多聚羟基烷酸平均分子量的操作方法。该法具有溶剂毒性小、溶解性好、准确度高和操作简便等优点.适用于生产过程和成品检验中的多聚羟基烷酸分子量的测定。

Abstract:The viscometry is used to determine average number molecular weights of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) taking chloroform as solvent. The proper solution concentration and temperature are investigated in the experiment, the test results between the extrapolation method and single point one are also compared. The method, which is characterized by less solvent toxicity, better dissolvability, higher sensitivity and simplicity, can be used to measure PHA average number molecular weight during the process of the production and quality analysis.
