| 摘 要： | 在分析我国外贸电子商务发展状况基础上，指出政府、企业等应积极应对挑战，在政府部门积极推进下，国内企业注重观念更新，专业外贸公司加快实现经营方向的转轨，外贸电子商务网站增强自身业务能力，共同努力营造出较完善的电子商务贸易环境。
