季胺盐改性木质素及其絮凝性能试验

摘    要:探讨了制备季胺盐改性木质素絮凝剂的最佳反应条件,正交试验法取得的最佳反应条件为活化时间3min;反应温度70℃;木质素与季胺盐投料比1:2.5;搅拌速度600r/min。红外光谱法对改性木质素作了结构分析,以改性和未改性木质素对实际印染废水作浊度和色度去除率的测试、对比。

Abstract:The optimum synthesis conditions of lignin modification by quaternary ammonium salt were described. Through orthogonal tests the best conditions obtained were as follows: activating time 3min, reaction temperature 70℃, feed ratio of lignin to quaternary ammonium salt 1 :2. 5, and stirring speed 600 r/min. FT - IR spectra verified the success of lignin modification. The flocculation performance of modified lignin was compared with that of lignin by treatment of printing waste water.
