明弧堆焊高铬耐磨板研究及应用

摘    要:明弧堆焊高铬耐磨板可以有效地解决煤炭行业使用的机械设备,尤其是重介质选煤系统中机械的严重磨损问题。通过比较铸造铬系耐磨材料和明弧堆焊高铬耐磨板的组织特点,指出此耐磨板宏观硬度在56~62 HRC时具有良好的耐磨耐冲击性、可加工性和高的性价比。该材料应用在煤炭行业洗选设备中,可有效提高洗选效率,延长工件寿命,具有良好的推广价值。

Abstract:The application of high chromium wear-resisting plate can solve wear problems of machines in coal mine industry,especially in dense medium coal separation.In this paper,abrasion resistant materials of casting chrome and high chromium wear-resisting plate of open arc surfacing welding were compared in organization.Results showed that macroscopic hardness of high chromium wear-resisting plate reaches 56~62 HRC,and has high abrasion resistance,good impact resistance,high machinability and performance cost rati...
