离合器壳体铸件缺陷分析与防止措施

摘    要:针对离合器壳体铸件的气孔、砂眼、断芯等缺陷问题,分析其产生的原因,主要是由于工艺设计不完善造成的。通过对原铸造工艺进行改进,采取对各砂芯分别设置排气通道,制芯时在细长芯头部位置入铁芯骨,改变芯头结构避免外型出现较深的沟槽,较好地解决了离合器壳体一型四件的气孔、砂眼、裂纹缺陷。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the defects such as porosity,blowhole and core-fracture of clutch case castings,it is found that the unperfected casting process design is main reason.By improving the original casting process design,setting up exhaust passages for all kinds of sand core,installing core iron into the core print and changing the structure of core print to avoid the groove.All the defects of clutch cases,4 pieces cast in one mold,can be better solved and these measures will obviously improve the product qua...
