以制冷剂R22为工质的地板辐射采暖模拟与优化

摘    要:以空气源热泵为热源,直接用R22作为工质进行地板辐射采暖.在实验验证数值模拟可靠性的基础上,运用ANSYS软件分别对地板表面材料(瓷砖、木地板、毛毯),管间距(100-300 mm),填充层厚度(25-50 mm)影响地板表面温度均匀性和散热量进行模拟.结果表明:地面装饰层的材料对地板温度的均匀性和地板表面的散热量有着重要的影响;随着管间距的增大,地板表面温度和散热量分布更加不均匀;而填充层的厚度对地板表面的温度和散热量影响较小.

Abstract:By using air source heat pump as the heat source,R22 could be directly used as refrigerant to acquire heat by floor.Based on the initial experiments to test the reliability of value simulation,we simulate the situation about how surface material,tube spacing,fill layer thickness affect the temperature uniformity and hear dissipation of floor respectively by using the ANSYS software.Our investigation shows that: the material of floor surface could strongly influence the temperature uniformity and heat dissip...
