Abstract: | Dependences of the transformation factors for radiation and reception of an induction piezoelectric transducer on design and
electromagnetic parameters of the piezoelectric element and inductance coil were studied. The use of the piezoelectric element
in the form of a stack of piezoelectric crystal plates in a transducer was shown to allow one to obtain a higher (by an order
of magnitude) transformation factor for reception. A compensation effect of an electromagnetic field of a thick piezoelectric
element by its external field in receiving short ultrasonic pulses was found experimentally. |
