摘    要:为了提高天然染料苏木对羊毛织物的染色性能,采用芬顿试剂对羊毛纤维鳞片进行氧化处理,探讨了芬顿试剂对羊毛鳞片的氧化效果,并考察了鳞片处理后苏木染料对羊毛染色性能的影响。通过单因素分析的方法,探讨了pH、染色温度、染色时间、染料浓度对羊毛染色性能的影响,确定了基于芬顿试剂前处理法的苏木染料上染羊毛织物的最佳染色工艺,测试了染样牢度。实验结果表明,苏木受pH影响较大,有变色行为,且经芬顿试剂处理之后,染料的上染率得到了很大提高。其最佳工艺条件为:pH 6~7,染色温度80℃,染色时间50min,染液体积分数为80%,浴比1∶50。

Abstract:In order to increase dyeing ability of wool fabric with natural campeachy wood dyes,the scale of wool fiber was oxidized by Fenton′s reagent.The single factor analysis was used for evaluating the effect of pH,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and the concentration on the yield of the campeachy wood dye.The results indicated that the dyes was influenced by pH greatly and allochroic behavior was observed.The optimal condition for dyeing was dyeing temperature 80 ℃,pH 6-7,dyeing time 50 min,the concentration 80% and bath ratio 1∶50.
