摘    要:某厂4号发电机端部振动偏高,曾因振动严重造成水电接头松动脱落,导致发电机定子接地保护动作停机.为保证设备能够安全稳定运行,通过合理改变运行参数及采取在发电机上部压沙袋的方法,成功降低了端部振动,介绍了调整的经过和实际效果.

Abstract:The high vibration on stator end windings in #4 generator cause the loosening and dropping of the composite water-electric joint and the operation of stator grounding protection.For safety operation of the units,this paper successfully reduces the vibration on stator end windings by changing the operation parameters and putting sand bags on the generator.The paper introduces the adjustment process and actual results.
