| 摘 要： | 随着WLAN网络建设的全面铺开,维护工作成倍提升,由于目前的维护手段和故障诊断工具较话音网相对落后,导致存在维护成本高、网络质量下降的情况.本文研究远程诊断WLAN现场故障的方法,并基于此实现了故障处理和远程诊断工具,有效提升了维护管理水平和服务质量.

| Abstract: | As the construction of WLAN network spreading,the amount of the maintaining work correspondingly is increasing.The WLAN maintaining method and WLAN failure dealing instrument are backward compare to the voice network.It leads to maintaining price standing high,and network quality descending.This article researches how to remote analyze the site of the WLAN failure.Base on it,we achieve to apply failure dealing and remote analysis instrument.According to the application,management of maintaining and customer service is effectively upgraded. |
