全断面双护盾掘进机检修洞室开挖

在长隧洞开挖中由于TBM设备不能一次性完成掘进任务,需中间停机进行一次全面维护,而检修洞室的开挖至关重要,在围岩较差的情况下,要合理调整开挖参数,科学安全分块开挖。文中着重对全断面双护盾掘进机检修洞室的开挖施工顺序进行了分析,为今后的类似工程施工提供经验和参考。

Excavating Overhaul Cavern in Tunnel Project for Maintaining a Full Section Double-shield Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)

In constructing a long tunnel,because the TBM can’t complete the whole task at a time,the machine halt for maintenance is needed in the half-way,therefore,to excavate overhaul cavern becomes very important.Under the condition that the surrounding rock is worse,the excavation parameters must be adjusted reasonably and the excavating must be carried out scientifically and safely by layering and dividing into some sections.The paper emphatically analyzes the construction sequence of excavating overhaul cavern in a certain tunnel project for maintaining the TBM.It will provide some experiences for some similar project in future.
