| Abstract: | Reconstructing the field ditch system is the important component in water-saving reconstruction engineering,strengthening the management work of this engineering is the key to bring irrigation effect of engineering into full play.The paper introduces the present situation and existing problems of field ditch system of second lateral canal of Luohuiqu Irrigation District,states its reconstruction engineering measures and the way for strengthening the management work,and summarizes the benefit of reconstruction engineering. |
