超声波强化制备超细银粉

摘    要:研究以PVPk30为分散剂,用水合肼作还原剂,在高浓度的硝酸银溶液中,通过液相还原保护法制取平均粒径为150nm的超细银粉。对影响银粉粒度的主要因素:还原剂浓度、分散剂浓度及溶液中银离子浓度等进行了实验研究。重点探讨了超声波在制取超细银粉过程中的作用和影响。结果表明:超声波空化作用及产生的微射流可强化还原过程,且起到粉碎和分散的作用,使银粉粒径减小,粒度分布均匀。

Abstract:Superfine silver powder was prepared by liquidreduction protection method,using PVPk30 as dispersant a-gent ,and hydrazine hydrate as reducingagent inthe higherconcentrated solutionof silver nitrate .The average graindi-ameter of superfine silver powder is 150 nm.The experi-ments involve the influence of the concentration of reducingagent ,dispersant agent andsilverions .The function of ul-trasonic wave was investigated emphatically in preparationprocess .The results showthat cavitationand microjet of ul-trasonic wave can accelerate the reducing process .The ul-trasonic wave make the particle size small and eventhroughits dispersive action.
