界面改性对混凝土路用性能的影响

摘    要:研究了混凝土中界面改性对混凝土路用性能的影响,结果表明:硅灰裹石掺掺合料法可使水泥石-集料界面粘结强度大幅度提高,而水泥石结构致密程度则适当降低,从而使混凝土细观结构达到平衡状态,抗折强度比双掺硅灰,粉煤灰的高强度混凝土提高10%左右,脆度系数降低35%,耐磨性提高15%以上。

Abstract:The effect of the modification of interfacial structure on road properties of concrete was studied. The results showed that the concrete in which the aggregate is enveloped by silica fume and admixing admixtures (SF and/or FA) are mixed in cement paste, can enhance the interfacial bond splitting strength greatly, while the densification of bulk paste is somewhat reduced. It makes the microstructure of concrete homogenize. The flexural strength of concrete by enveloping silica fume and admixing admixture on aggregate can be increased by 10%, brittleness coefficient can be decreased by 35% and abrasion resistance can be enhanced above 15%.
