小浪底水电站1号机组效率试验研究

摘    要:水轮机效率试验是评价水轮机性能的重要指标,利用模型综合特性曲线通过相似理论换算所得的水轮机运转特性曲线是否能正确地反映原型机组的运行性能,是行业关心的一个问题。本文详细介绍了对小浪底水电站1号机组进行原型机组相对效率试验的研究情况,包括试验参数的测量方法,计算机测试系统的配置,以及试验数据整理和分析,并按照在试验水头下水轮机制造厂提供的运转特性曲线的效率最高值修正了电站给定的蜗壳压差流量系数。通过分析发现,修正后的87米水头下的实测效率线与水轮机制造厂提供的运转特性曲线不完全一致,其它水头下的特性曲线比较还有待进一步试验论证。

Abstract:The efficiency test is an important aspect to evaluate the capability of hydraulic turbine.It is a concerned question that whether the operating characteristic curve transformed from the integrated characteristic curve of turbine model through analogical theory can reflect the capability of hydranlic turbine exactly.This paper introduces the efficiency test research of 1~# unit of Xiaolangdi hydropower station,including the method of the parameters tested,the computer test system setted and the test analyzed.The volute pressure difference coefficient is amended by using the maximum efficiency of the operating characteristic curve provided by the hydraulic turbine manufactory.From the results after amended,it is found that when the head is 87m,the efficiency curve tested is not the same as the operating characteristic curve provided by the hydraulic turbine manufactory.In order to compare the curves of other heads,further demonstration is needed.
